Muktaar Robow: Alshabab's former headman is prevented from getting Somalia's leadership

 The former commissioner and founder of the Islamic militia group in Somalia, Mukhtar Robow, has been denied access to government leadership.
 In a press release, the Ministry of Defense has said that Roobow could not afford any government office because he still faces legal restrictions.

 The statement was issued one day after Roobow announced that he would receive a provincial-western government in the upcoming regional elections.

Mukhtaar Robow said his decision to enter politics is following the call of citizens, his followers in the southern western province.

 He has demonstrated that he is ready if he will win, approve a solid relationship with the federal government in the capital Mogadishu, which has been in conflict with some states.

 But who is Robow?
